Steph Chambers is a new staff photographer with Getty Images based in Seattle, Wash. Pittsburgh-raised, she worked with her hometown newspapers for seven years after completing her B.S. in journalism from Missouri State University where she was recruited to compete in Division-I field hockey. Sports culture and the emotion it evokes is a driving force in her work.
